What the RRB Group D (Level 1) form asks for
Signature
- JPG
- 30–49 KB
- at least 140 × 60 px
- Plain white background
- Black ink
- Not in capital letters
- 100 DPI
Sign in black ink on white paper in running (joined-up) handwriting — not in separate or capital letters. Scan at 100 DPI or more so it fits a 35 mm × 20 mm box (at least 140 × 60 px). A thumb impression instead of a signature is rejected. Your photo is captured live by webcam or front camera, not uploaded.
SC/ST certificate (free travel pass)
- up to 399 KB
Only for SC/ST candidates who want the free railway travel pass: the latest valid certificate as a PDF under 400 KB.
Make the files on your phone
Pick the form
Open BharatScanner, go to Tools › Forms and pick RRB Group D (Level 1). It lists every upload: Signature and SC/ST certificate (free travel pass).
Add your signature
Sign on plain white paper, then tap Signature and take a photo of it, or choose one from your gallery.
Add the documents
For each document, scan the paper (an ID card front and back on one page) or pick one from your documents.
Let it check
BharatScanner makes each file within the form's limits and checks it on your phone: file format, file size, pixel size, ink colour and capital letters. Anything off shows up as a warning before you upload.
Send the files
Each file is named after its upload, like photo.jpg. Save them, or send all the ready files to WhatsApp in one tap.
Rules kept current
BharatScanner checked these rules against the official notice on 24 October 2026. When a notice changes, the app can get the new sizes without an app update. Rules change, so always check the latest official notice before you submit.
